For those who follow the Olympic sport of table tennis, it should come as no surprise that the Westchester Table Tennis Center’s (WTTC) July Open Tournament continue to solidify its place as one of the country’s premier venues for the sport. Saturday's competition at the Westchester Table Tennis Center's April 2017 Tournament hosted some early action in both the under 12 years old and over 40 years old categories. In both groupings, the competitors showed that age did not matter as the action was fierce and spirited.

In the under 12 years old matches, Darius Fahimi prevailed, winning all three of his round robin matches. Coming in a close second was Jocelyn Zhou followed by Carly Googel and Zachary Jaworowski.
